  • Do you take custom orders?

    Not through stores, sorry!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Your item will be shipped upon receive of payment. Meaning if you paid through Stripe, or not Paypal, you'd have to wait until the money has transferred to my bank account which takes 2-3 business days from your purchase. I need the money available to purchase shipping.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    If however the product is *permanently* broken and unusable upon arrival of the package, send a picture of the broken product through the contact form within 3 weeks it was purchased and a refund will be given to buyer. Or a replacement will be sent.

    To consider:
    -We do not return payments if someone orders too much of an item accidentally. The cart and checkout process should be enough time for the buying party to catch this information

    -We will only compensate for one free package if the postal service fails to deliver or if it gets lost. *With valid credentials. 

    -Requesting faster/safer methods of mail (international especially) requires the buyer to contact us and will be invoiced the difference in payment. As the difference can be$50-80 USD

    -The default shipping method for replacements is first class. If your situation is time sensitive, the above rules apply 

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes

  • Why does International shipping cost more than local shipping?

    I understand your dismay, I'm upset about it too. I don't like unbelievable shipping, but it is not in my power to change the lowest available price that is available to me.

    Every beginning of the year around January, Our cheapest postal method increases their rates, unfortunately shipping costs around 15-20 dollars for a small package

  • What to do if I'm buying a gift?

    You may purchase products for anyone! Simply put their address instead of yours and let me know it will be a gift in the note to seller. Please remember to put YOUR email instead of the recipients so they don't end up getting the receipt/tracking number for what you paid for if it's a surprise!

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly.
